Welcome to Raw & Beautiful. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.rawandbeautiful.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. The product
Our Living Bone Marrow Cream is a fresh, raw, refrigerated skincare product made from food-grade ingredients. It is intended for external use only and is not a drug. We make no claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease. Statements about ingredients are based on published research and traditional use and have not been evaluated by the FDA.
2. Allergies & patch testing
The cream contains beef bone marrow, royal jelly, and raw fermented cow cream. Do not use if you are allergic to bee products or dairy. We recommend a patch test on the inner forearm for 24 hours before full-face use. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if irritation occurs.
3. Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.
4. Shipping
We ship within the United States via USPS 2-day priority shipping with a cold pack. Subscribers receive complimentary shipping; one-time orders are charged shipping at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events outside our control.
5. Returns & damaged shipments
Due to the perishable, refrigerated nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your product arrives damaged in transit, email help@rawandbeautiful.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the package, and we will ship a free replacement.
6. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the price displayed at sign-up until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your saved payment method on each renewal date.
- Pause: up to 90 days total.
- Skip: up to 4 monthly shipments per calendar year.
- Cancel: requires 30 days' notice. Cancellation requested within 30 days of your next renewal will take effect at the following cycle.

7. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. By submitting payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.
8. Intellectual property
All Site content — text, photography, product names, logos, and design — is the property of Raw & Beautiful and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it to violate any law.
10. Disclaimers
The Site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raw & Beautiful and its owners, officers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raw & Beautiful, its owners, and affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
